About Us

Jacquelina Raja

Jacquelina is pursuing a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from the New York Institute of Technology. She earned her undergraduate degree at St. Francis College and worked as a researcher at the Teachers College at Columbia University. These experiences helped her realize the passion she has for psychotherapy.

Jacquelina uses a flexible and tailored approach to work with the needs of the individual. She aims to create a nonjudgemental, safe, and supportive environment within psychotherapy. As a first-generation Albanian American, Jacquelina understands the complexities of cultural identities and recognizes the importance of diversity while working with an individual.

As a native New Yorker, she looks forward to providing mental health services in New York City. She is particularly passionate about working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions. She enjoys working with college students who are experiencing difficult life challenges, which include transitions, pressures, and personal challenges. Her overall goal is to help individuals develop long-lasting solutions to the challenges they face in their lives.
